What tasks can I expect?
In our ICT department, you will install PCs and mobile phones and put them into operation. You will integrate notebooks, printers and other peripheral devices into our infrastructure and rectify any faults and problems. You will work in our support team and help users with ICT resources. You will work with other specialists to find solutions to faults and problems.
You bring with you
- Completed upper secondary school (middle school, secondary school) with good grades or completed secondary school with very good grades
- Interest and flair for all types of user terminals and IT
- Reliability, precise work, patience and concentration
- Technical understanding, sense of processes and procedures
- Understanding of service, good communication skills

What does your training look like?
Your workplace is in the ICT department and you work primarily with the ICT support team. You will be in constant dialogue with the various departments and companies in the Kuratle Group - depending on support requirements.
What happens on the days when I'm not working?
In addition to working days in the office, you will attend the BBB vocational college in Baden on 1-2 days (depending on the curriculum). There are also inter-company courses spread over the three years of the apprenticeship, in which one subject area is dealt with in depth each time.
