3 months abroad in the Czech Republic at Agrop NOVA
One of the largest and most modern manufacturers of large-scale multilayer panels in Europe. Every year we process over 60,000m3 of sawn timber and supply our customers with more than 1,300,000m2 (840 lorries) of multilayer panels. Known under the name Novatop.
Objectives: Get to know the processing and monitoring of orders (projects) A-Z, get to know and optimise cooperation and processes between Switzerland and the Czech Republic, develop international cooperation skills, expand production expertise, create implementation documentation
3 months HTA Mittelland AG, Leibstadt
From its headquarters in Leibstadt, HTA Mittelland AG offers its customers complete mechanical timber processing services from a single source and to the highest quality. We use the right machines for orders ranging from simple cutting to complex joinery.
Goals: Familiarise yourself with joinery work preparation, prepare machine handover, familiarise yourself with order processing, expand your understanding of timber construction customer service, expand your production skills, familiarise yourself with industrial prefabrication as part of the overall solution
Internship option 2: "Product Management & Processes"
Focus: Holistic insight into the areas of trade, production and logistics
Target group: Students Bachelor Wood Technology, Master of science in Wood Technology
