Customer focus
We want our customers to find working with us consistently straightforward, reliable and professional. This is not just about individual products, but about solutions that work across all areas. Sales, logistics, production and services are seamlessly integrated, so that the customer is unaware of just how complex our operations are – for them, only the result matters.
To achieve this, we are systematically improving our customer processes: quotations are becoming clearer, orders are processed in a more structured manner, and communication is becoming more reliable. At the same time, we are focusing our services more closely on the right customer segments and using digital tools to work more quickly and transparently.
In day-to-day terms, this means that a customer receives a well-structured quotation, clear commitments and a delivery that arrives as agreed. Queries and uncertainties are reduced – this builds trust and ensures that customers are happy to work with us again.
Digital and Technological Transformation
We make targeted use of digital systems and new technologies to simplify our work and improve decision-making. Digitalisation is not an end in itself, but a tool that supports us in our day-to-day work.
To this end, we are continuing to expand our systems, linking data and automating processes where appropriate. Decisions are based more on up-to-date and shared data, rather than on assumptions or isolated pieces of information. At the same time, new digital interfaces are being created for customers and partners.
In day-to-day practice, this means: In concrete terms, this is evident, for example, in the automated planning of logistics processes, in improved overviews of stock levels, or in digital workflows for customer orders. Staff spend less time on coordination or searching for information and can focus more on value-adding activities. This increases speed, quality and transparency in our day-to-day work.
Ecosystem
The greatest added value is not created in individual areas, but through the interplay of all our services. That is why we are deliberately evolving into an integrated system in which product range, sales, logistics, production, digitalisation and services work together.
This synergy enables us to offer customers more comprehensive solutions and tap into new business opportunities. At the same time, we establish clear interfaces and common standards to ensure that collaboration across departments and companies runs smoothly.
In day-to-day practice, this means that an order is not viewed in isolation, but as part of an overall process. Departments coordinate more closely, share information and work towards a common goal. For the customer, this results in clearly recognisable added value – because everything fits together and works seamlessly.
Sustainability
Sustainability is an integral part of our business and is being actively developed. Wood, as a raw material, offers great potential when it is used responsibly, reused and considered within circular systems. We are systematically expanding on this principle.
We are developing new solutions centred on the reuse and recycling of wood, whilst at the same time creating greater transparency regarding products and their environmental impact. In this way, we combine economic success with long-term responsibility.
In day-to-day practice, this means that materials are not simply disposed of but are reused, and that customers receive clearer information about the sustainability of our products. In this way, we not only contribute to protecting the environment but also create added value for our customers.
Performance & Efficiency
Our performance is based on clear, stable and well-functioning procedures. The aim is to design processes in such a way that they are easy to understand, reliable and run as error-free as possible. This reduces complexity and lays the foundations for working efficiently.
To this end, we standardise processes across all departments, continuously improve workflows and establish clear lines of responsibility. Projects are managed in a more structured manner and priorities are clearly set, ensuring that the organisation is not overburdened and can work in a focused manner.
In practical terms, this means in day-to-day operations: less time spent searching for things, fewer errors and less rework. In logistics, goods are in the right place and procedures are clearly defined. In sales and administration, orders are processed in a structured manner. Overall, work becomes calmer, more predictable and more efficient for everyone – whilst maintaining a higher standard of quality.
