Holiday arrangements
With us, you have at least 5 weeks' holiday. Up to the age of 20 and from the age of 50, you can enjoy 6 weeks' holiday.
Seniority gifts
When someone achieves a long period of service with us, we take the opportunity to celebrate together. Depending on their length of service, our long-serving employees receive a cash bonus and additional holiday days as a gift from us.
Own pension fund foundation
With us, you benefit from additional savings and risk benefits. From 18 you are insured against death and disability, and from 19 you save for your retirement assets. We share the contributions to the pension scheme equally.
Referrals from friends and acquaintances

Your internship in the Kuratle Group
In cooperation with the Bern University of Applied Sciences in Biel, we offer three modular internships for wood technology students (HF, Bachelor and Master). The modular structure gives you comprehensive insights into our company, builds up a holistic understanding of the business processes and allows you to discover your interests.
