Organisational structure

In order to be present on the market as a full-service provider with synergy benefits, the entire Group thinks holistically. Kuratle Group companies and operations are responsible for their business independently and are supported by the higher-level Group management in all matters. A flat organisational structure without hierarchical barriers and direct, level-appropriate communication promote the entrepreneurial thinking and actions of every employee at all functional levels.

Corporate management

The Kuratle Group has been managed by the third generation of the Kuratle family since 2021. Roger Kuratle took over as CEO of the Kuratle Group from his father George Kuratle on 1 January 2020.George Kuratle is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group. Individual companies are managed operationally independently and supported by centralised services. The Kuratle Group Management Team coordinates business in line with the overarching Group strategy.
