- In support of the Head of Western Switzerland, you will manage and develop the activities of the Carouge site in strategic, organisational and personnel terms, with the support of the other Leuba Hiag branches.
- Active participation in the business development of the Carouge branch.
- Determination of customer conditions and active participation in pricing
- Supporting the manager in project management and actively participating in the introduction of new IT concepts / tools.
- Monitor processes and implement the continuous improvement plan.
- Organise the follow-up of projects via the CRM.
- Support the Director in the coordination with the different companies of the Kuratle Group, HR, Marketing, Category Management.
- Has a good knowledge of the regional market and follows its evolution closely.
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the timber industry with additional training in trade or business.
- Experience in a comparable function and initial management experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and common ERP systems, SAP an advantage
- Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of German
- Dynamic, responsible, service-orientated personality
- Strong business acumen, excellent organisational skills, strong results orientation
- High ability to deal with stress
- Well-groomed appearance and customer-oriented behaviour
- Strong relationship skills, team spirit, natural leadership qualities
- Good written and spoken French skills an advantage

After submitting your online application
As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Now it's our turn: we will carefully review your documents. As soon as we have made a shortlist from all the applications, we will get back to you. If your profile does not match our requirements, you will unfortunately receive a rejection from us.
Initial consultation
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you for an initial interview. During the initial interview, we will get to know each other and find out through dialogue whether we are a good fit. The interview will take place in person on site and last approximately one hour.
Second interview
Depending on the position, the process is organised individually. A second interview will give you a better impression of the Kuratle Group's culture and give us the opportunity to go into more detail on open questions. Sometimes we also combine the second interview with a taster day.
Labour contract
Welcome to our company! Prior to the employment contract, you will receive a confirmation of employment from us by e-mail, which is already binding on our part. The employment contract will be signed in person on site or sent to you by post.
