- In Unterstützung des Leiters der Westschweiz leiten und entwickeln Sie die Aktivitäten des Standortes Carouge in strategischer, organisatorischer und personeller Hinsicht, mit Unterstützung der anderen Leuba Hiag Niederlassungen.
- Aktive Teilnahme an der Geschäftsentwicklung der Niederlassung in Carouge.
- Festlegung der Kundenkonditionen und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Preisgestaltung (Pricing)
- Unterstützung des Managers beim Projektmanagement und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer IT-Konzepte / Tools.
- Überwachung der Prozesse und Umsetzung des Plans zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
- Organisieren Sie die Nachverfolgung von Projekten über das CRM.
- Unterstützung des Direktors bei der Koordination mit den verschiedenen Unternehmen der Kuratle Group, HR, Marketing, Category Management.
- Verfügt über gute Kenntnisse des regionalen Marktes und verfolgt dessen Entwicklung genau.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Holzbranche mit Zusatzausbildung in Handel oder Wirtschaft.
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und erste Führungserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und den gängigen ERP-Systemen, SAP von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse, gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Dynamische, verantwortungsbewusste, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn, ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten, starke Ergebnisorientierung
- Hohe Fähigkeit, mit Stress umzugehen

After submitting your online application
As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Now it's our turn: we will carefully review your documents. As soon as we have made a shortlist from all the applications, we will get back to you. If your profile does not match our requirements, you will unfortunately receive a rejection from us.
Initial consultation
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you for an initial interview. During the initial interview, we will get to know each other and find out through dialogue whether we are a good fit. The interview will take place in person on site and last approximately one hour.
Second interview
Depending on the position, the process is organised individually. A second interview will give you a better impression of the Kuratle Group's culture and give us the opportunity to go into more detail on open questions. Sometimes we also combine the second interview with a taster day.
Labour contract
Welcome to our company! Prior to the employment contract, you will receive a confirmation of employment from us by e-mail, which is already binding on our part. The employment contract will be signed in person on site or sent to you by post.
