Lunches together foster a culture of conversation. But what can you do when you can barely make out what you’re saying? This was the question facing Inra Group AG in Pratteln. In the staff lounge in the basement for workshop employees, which had around 20 tables, conversations echoed for a particularly long time. To enhance the space, the room acoustics were improved, amongst other measures.
The company, which specialises in plant and pipework for the biochemical, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, promptly contacted Kuratle & Jaecker in Füllinsdorf. Jens Beissner, a field sales consultant, then visited the site and, during his consultations, recommended Astrata and ECOcero. Jean-Christophe Flury, an in-house sales consultant based in Füllinsdorf, processed the subsequent order for Inra Group AG.
