The family-run Bongénie department store in Zurich has a long tradition. CEO Loic Brunschwig is the fifth generation to run the store. And one thing has been a guiding principle for every generation: keeping pace with customers’ wishes. As part of the extensive refurbishment and modernisation of this historic establishment, the Émile was also recently reopened.
