It was the biggest and most important skateboarding event of the year in Switzerland: the Skateable took place in Lausanne in mid-June. The contest was designed by organisers Red Bull specifically for the Swiss skateboarding scene. However, two guest skaters from the USA – Jake Wooten and Torey Pudwill – also took part.
Following a trial run at Basel’s Stücki in 2024, Skateable 2026 marked only the second time the event had been held. In Lausanne, thanks to a fantastic venue, the event was able to come into its own and raise its profile.
