We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for our company BUZ at the Leibstadt site. Are you looking for a new job in wood processing and are you used to getting stuck in? Then you've come to the right place!

Your main tasks

  • Operating and maintaining one of our CNC-controlled machining centres
  • Calibrating and setting up the required milling cutters, drills and saw blades
  • Programme adjustments / checks in Woodwop / alphacam
  • Packing the processed panels for transport
  • Independent processing of customer orders
  • Internal transport of goods with forklift trucks
  • Quality inspection
  • Temporary help in the area of wood-based panel cutting

Your profile

  • Completed training in a woodworking trade (EBA/EFZ), e.g. carpenter or equivalent professional experience
  • Practical experience in working with horizontal cutting systems is an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Physically resilient and reliable
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Experience in operating forklift trucks is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and accurately

After submitting your online application

As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Now it's our turn: we will carefully review your documents. As soon as we have made a shortlist from all the applications, we will get back to you. If your profile does not match our requirements, you will unfortunately receive a rejection from us.

Initial consultation

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you for an initial interview. During the initial interview, we will get to know each other and find out through dialogue whether we are a good fit. The interview will take place in person on site and last approximately one hour.

Second interview

Depending on the position, the process is organised individually. A second interview will give you a better impression of the Kuratle Group's culture and give us the opportunity to go into more detail on open questions. Sometimes we also combine the second interview with a taster day.

Labour contract

Welcome to our company! Prior to the employment contract, you will receive a confirmation of employment from us by e-mail, which is already binding on our part. The employment contract will be signed in person on site or sent to you by post.
