Your main responsibilities
- Safe and punctual delivery of windows and doors using a crane lorry
- Independent loading and unloading, safe crane operation and professional load securing
- Assisting with goods receipt, storage, order picking, route preparation and returns
- Checking, preparing and returning transport racks and other returnable equipment
- Complete digital documentation of transport and reliable recording of warehouse processes
- Professional coordination with dispatch, the warehouse team, customers and site managers
- Maintenance, inspection and reporting of faults in vehicles, cranes, forklifts and work equipment
Your profile
- Vocational training as a logistics specialist and several years’ practical experience; experience in the
the wood-based materials sector dealing with long goods, panels, etc. - Category CE driving licence and valid CZV certificate
- Required training or valid certificate for lorry-mounted loading cranes
- SUVA-approved forklift licence; R1 and R2 required, R3 an advantage
- Practical experience with crane lorries, trailer combinations, load securing and crane operations
- Experience in warehouse logistics, order picking and order fulfilment
- Fluent German for customer contact, warehouse coordination and digital documentation
- Process-oriented approach to work; knowledge of a warehouse management system would be an advantage
- Resilient, flexible and service-oriented individual with a networked way of thinking
- Willingness to undertake occasional, pre-planned overnight stays away from home

After submitting your online application
As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Now it's our turn: we will carefully review your documents. As soon as we have made a shortlist from all the applications, we will get back to you. If your profile does not match our requirements, you will unfortunately receive a rejection from us.
Initial consultation
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you for an initial interview. During the initial interview, we will get to know each other and find out through dialogue whether we are a good fit. The interview will take place in person on site and last approximately one hour.
Second interview
Depending on the position, the process is organised individually. A second interview will give you a better impression of the Kuratle Group's culture and give us the opportunity to go into more detail on open questions. Sometimes we also combine the second interview with a taster day.
Labour contract
Welcome to our company! Prior to the employment contract, you will receive a confirmation of employment from us by e-mail, which is already binding on our part. The employment contract will be signed in person on site or sent to you by post.
