Your main responsibilities
- Loading and unloading lorries in accordance with loading lists and load securing regulations
- Ensuring that loads are correctly secured to prevent damage during transport
- Working directly with drivers to ensure trucks are loaded optimally
- Picking orders for transport and collection by customers
- Assisting customers collecting goods and making the goods available
- Incoming goods inspection and cross-docking for onward transport
- Assisting with stock-takes and stock checks
Ensuring the loading area is tidy and clean
Your night-time shifts are well worth it: for work between 10.00 pm and 5.00 am, you’ll receive a 25% night-time bonus per hour.
Your profile
- Vocational training as a logistics specialist or practical experience in warehousing, production, transport, construction or a trade-related field; motivated career changers with a technical understanding are welcome
- An enjoyment of hands-on work and a willingness to familiarise yourself with our processes and the specific features of our products
- A Category C/E driving licence is an advantage
- SUVA-approved forklift licence (categories R1–R2; R3 an advantage) and proficiency in operating front-loading and side-loading forklifts
- Good written and spoken German

After submitting your online application
As soon as we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Now it's our turn: we will carefully review your documents. As soon as we have made a shortlist from all the applications, we will get back to you. If your profile does not match our requirements, you will unfortunately receive a rejection from us.
Initial consultation
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you for an initial interview. During the initial interview, we will get to know each other and find out through dialogue whether we are a good fit. The interview will take place in person on site and last approximately one hour.
Second interview
Depending on the position, the process is organised individually. A second interview will give you a better impression of the Kuratle Group's culture and give us the opportunity to go into more detail on open questions. Sometimes we also combine the second interview with a taster day.
Labour contract
Welcome to our company! Prior to the employment contract, you will receive a confirmation of employment from us by e-mail, which is already binding on our part. The employment contract will be signed in person on site or sent to you by post.
