Last Saturday, another CZV course for our drivers took place in Leibstadt. A total of 57 people took part in the full-day training programme. The day offered a balanced mix of theory, practice and dialogue. In several rotating sequences, the participants dealt intensively with the topics of traffic regulations, load securing, order processing and safe and sustainable driving .
Our Head of People & Culture, Corinne Kuratle, moderated the safe and sustainable topic block and provided valuable impulses for responsible and future-oriented working methods in everyday driving.
The traffic regulations and load securing modules were also accompanied by an external expert from Kupferschmied Training GmbH, who provided competent and practical support. The input provided many concrete examples from everyday driving and illustrated how correct behaviour and careful preparation contribute to greater safety on the road.
In the fourth topic block, order processing, Patrick Goetz, Head of Logistics Leibstadt, and Manfred Jehle, Logistics Specialist, were responsible for imparting their knowledge to the course participants in a competent and entertaining manner. I would like to thank them for their commitment.
After a joint lunch break, the last blocks of topics were covered before the day was rounded off with a short practical transfer and the official end of the course. The varied structure ensured that all participants were able to take valuable tips and new knowledge directly into their everyday work.
The next CZV course will take place on 28 March at our Niederbipp site.
We would like to thank everyone involved and wish you a safe journey!
