Roger Kuratle visits Füllinsdorf

Direct dialogue with staff was the focus of CEO Roger Kuratle’s visit to the Füllinsdorf site.

As part of his tour of various Kuratle Group sites, Roger Kuratle visited Füllinsdorf today. In an open and informal atmosphere, numerous staff members took the opportunity to talk to the CEO, ask questions and share their thoughts.

Over lunch, Roger spoke about current developments within the company and provided insights into various issues currently facing the Kuratle Group. As well as market and industry trends, future-oriented topics such as digital transformation and the opportunities presented by new technologies were also discussed.

The direct dialogue proved particularly valuable. Participants were able to raise their questions and concerns, whilst Roger provided insights into the company’s current challenges and prospects. The open exchange fostered mutual understanding and created space for new ideas.

Such encounters are an important part of the Kuratle Group’s corporate culture. They strengthen the links between sites, promote transparency and facilitate personal dialogue across hierarchical and departmental boundaries.

Roger Kuratle will continue to visit other sites in the future and actively foster dialogue with staff. After all, successful companies are built where people talk to one another, learn from one another and shape the future together.
