Focus on functions: HR Business Partner

HR business partners are the strategic interface between human resources and corporate management. They support managers in organisational, cultural and personnel matters, promote the further development of employees and ensure that HR measures are closely aligned with corporate goals.

As a business partner, Nadine is responsible for her assigned personnel area within the Kuratle Group and acts as a link between HR, managers and employees. She is the central contact person for all parties in all personnel-related matters.

Main duties

  • HR responsibility for assigned locations and companies within the Kuratle Group
  • Ensuring the entire employee lifecycle (personnel planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, disciplinary issues, case management, departure)
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all HR-related topics/issues, including training
  • Implementing the HR strategy and further developing processes, aids and tools
  • Collaborating in and managing HR projects

In her role, she supports the line in personnel recruitment, employee support and the exit process. Depending on the situation, she acts as a specialist, consultant, coach or process facilitator. She also works closely with managers to identify personnel requirements and develop suitable solutions. She also actively supports the company in the implementation of change processes.

The role requires a high degree of professional and social competence. Clearly defined processes ensure professionalism and high quality in day-to-day work.
