Learning together in logistics

11.11.2025

At Meier Logistics, teamwork is not only central to everyday work, but also to learning. Every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:30, our five logistics apprentices meet for a joint study session. This is not just about specialist knowledge, but also about exchange, mutual support and achieving goals together.

Five motivated young people are currently completing their training with us:

Together, we ensure that all apprentices receive the best possible support on their journey.

This is how our learning cycle works Review

How did the week go in the departments? Were there any difficult topics or unresolved issues at school? This exchange helps us to identify challenges early on and find solutions.

Learning documentation

The apprentices give each other feedback, exchange tips and reflect on their progress. This creates a culture of cooperation that motivates and helps them to progress.

The effort is worth it: our apprentices have not only improved in terms of their technical skills, but also in terms of their academic performance. We are very proud of this development, which shows that learning together works.

In addition, each apprentice has one hour of individual learning time at the company. They use this time specifically to prepare for exams, delve deeper into topics or work on personal learning goals – at their own pace.

Learning together not only strengthens technical knowledge, but also team spirit. Apprentices in higher years in particular take on responsibility and support the younger ones – in line with the motto -> together instead of side by side.
